The support of people near and far inspires our meaningful conservation accomplishments each and every day. Some of our most recent accomplishments include:
- Locating nest sites of vultures within the wildlife areas around Victoria Falls to determine baseline population numbers of each species;
- Training 30 rural primary school teachers on conservation education to enhance their knowledge on current scientific concepts and develop engaging teaching skills in the classroom;
- Opening of a new Community Animal Health and Welfare Centre to stop the cruelty and neglect of pets and livestock, and to steward a culture of animal welfare in rural Africa;
- Removing wire snares from a range of species including warthog, impala, baboon and giraffe, and;
- Assessing carnivore populations through spoor and photographic surveys, and monitoring collared individuals to analyze spatial data and identify corridors used
